Love playing a band instrument? Join this incredibly exciting class where strings meet wind and everything in between. Join instructor Logan Bennett in creating the glorious sounds of brass.  We'll explore the fundamentals of playing before diving into some music.  We will brush up on our history and hear music written for brass from the renaissance, baroque, and romantic periods in Europe.  Then we will try out some movie scores arranged for brass. 

At the end of the week, Pop Orchestra Brass and more! will join with Pop Orchestra Strings and more!  (who’ve learned the same pieces) and have some serious fun ‘putting it all together’.

Requirements:  one to two years of regular playing
