Sam Milner and Sebastian Ostertag — two musicians with professional orchestral and touring chamber careers — coach advanced students through the real craft of chamber playing: intonation, phrasing as a group, score study, rehearsal technique, and the particular alchemy of performing without a net. Expect to be challenged, expect to listen harder than you ever have, and expect to discover things about your own playing that only emerge when you're truly locked in with other musicians. Groups will be formed in advance based on registration and instrumentation, with repertoire assigned before camp. A highlight of the week... and a possible feature in the Saturday community concert!
